Terms of Service By participating in a Clear Presence™ Program, which is operated by Clear Presence™, you agree to abide and be bound by these Terms of Service. Conduct No user shall communicate with another Clear Presence™ participant or in any Clear Presence™ program, any content, including, but not limited to, messages, information, data, text, files, links, software, communication or other material that is: An unrequested link or email communication Unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, racially offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable behavior, communication or material of any kind or nature or that encourages behavior that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or violate any regulations having the force of law Contains any viruses or other contaminating or destructive features Violates the rights of others or violates any applicable law In any way offensive to others or in conflict with the general tone of Clear Presence™ content and services, such as content that is unsuitable or inappropriate for a family-oriented audience Violates the Clear Presence™ privacy policy Personal Responsibility You can expect to access helpful insights while participating in a Clear Presence™ Program. Occasionally a participant may access a personal insight or awareness that is challenging for them on an emotional level. For this reason, you agree that you have access to at least one individual or agency should you need emotional support. Confidentiality All personal information such as medical condition, weight, or other issues shared between participants is to remain confidential between those participants. Information is not to be discussed with other program participants or the general public. Participants are required not to refer to the content of another participant’s sharing either during or after a call. No advice, suggestions, encouragement or direct reference to a participant’s situation should be made by others. The only exception to this is if a participant discusses harming themselves or someone else. If a participant is sincerely concerned about another participant’s safety, contact director@clearpresence.com. Commitment The foundation of Clear Presence™ is to be present for ourselves and for our group. To do this requires a conscious commitment to a schedule for calls. To join a program you are required to participate in a 7-minute phone call Monday through Friday for 90 days. If a caller neglects to call the scheduled partner, or be available for a call for two or more days, they may be requested to leave the program. Call protocols as listed in Program Guidelines are to be used for all Clear Presence™ daily calls. Other Sites and Materials The Clear Presence™ website or materials may contain links or reference to other sites on the Internet or reference material that is owned and operated by other entities. Clear Presence™ makes no representation as to the availability, veracity, security or trustworthiness of these other sites or their contents and is not responsible for anything occurring to users while visiting such other sites. Modification Clear Presence™ reserves the right to modify, update and/or revise any and all policies listed in the Clear Presence™ site or literature. Such modifications and revisions are effective immediately upon publication. Clear Presence™ may also modify or discontinue its service with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party.
