| We at Clear Presence™ will never sell, rent, exchange, share or otherwise provide your personal information to other people, companies or entities except in the case as necessary for your participation in a Clear Presence™ program. In this case, if you participate in a Clear Presence™ program, we will share only such information (see Group Participant Data below) that is required for your participation with your particular group for contact purposes. This is the only exception to sharing any of your personal information. This applies to all information that you provide through any method of communication with Clear Presence™. As such, your individual information is confidential. Clear Presence™ takes your privacy very seriously. We pledge to be as or even more stringent than any laws related to the collection of data while following our own strict policies and standards. At any time you may email us at director@clearpresence.com to change or update your information. After you have signed up for a Clear Presence™ group, you have joined as a participant in our programs and agree to our Terms of Service. We only collect and maintain data that has been knowingly given to us by you as a participant. Such data that is shared with your group members is limited to name, telephone number, dates and times you are available and other information needed to conduct the group. While every attempt is made to safeguard a participant’s privacy, Clear Presence™ cannot be held responsible for participants sharing personal information about group members to other participants or the general public. If such a situation occurs, contact director@clearpresence.com. Participants not honoring the Terms of Service are liable to dismissal from the program.
