The 7-Minute Path
Illness can be a signal to wake up and reprioritize our lives.
By participating in The 7-Minute Path you will join a small
group of others with the shared intention of enhancing
self-care and emotional healing, while living with chronic
illness. Explore options for dealing with your challenges
while also focusing on what is sustaining and "working" in
your life. Using the Clear Presence process allows greater
clarity in exploring the mind/body connection, opening
the way to deeper inner resources.

The 7-Minute Path supports you in making healing
choices. This path encourages the practice of self-care and
gratitude, and supports your focus on what has heart
and meaning in your life. Joining this group will give
you an opportunity to experience support and connection without having to "take care" of others. You will experience "being with" others in a caring way without leaving your
own environment. You will determine your own level
of exploration and may discover that greater insight,
inspiration and well-being are possible, with more
ease than you've imagined.
